Service Description
Professional administration and notarization of affidavits and sworn statements. Accurate, legally compliant, and handled with the utmost confidentiality. Typically 30–60 minutes. Fee: $10 per oath with certificate & seal per TX Gov Code § 406.024. Travel fees by zone: • Zone 1 (Dallas, Mesquite, Forney): +$50 • Zone 2 (Rockwall & surrounding): +$75 • Zone 3 (Fort Worth & beyond): +$100
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
